How do I book tickets for the Accessible Areas of the Arena?

Tickets for accessible areas of the venue are not available to buy online and can instead be purchased over the phone or in person at the venue box office where an advisor can personally ensure that the seats purchased are suitable dependent on individual needs. Those who wish to purchase tickets for the accessible areas may do so over the phone on 0141 353 8000 or in person at the Glasgow Life box Offices.

What payment methods are accepted?

Do children under 2 years of age require a ticket?

No. Children under the age of 2 years at the time of the event are considered ‘babes in arms’. They do not require a ticket and will not be allocated a seat. They must sit on the lap of an adult. Children over the aged 2 years or older at the time of the event require their own ticket and seat. Please note there is no space for prams or buggy’s next to seats, we advise to leave these in your car or at home.

All customers out with the UK will be required to collect their tickets at the venue box office and tickets will not be posted overseas.

If I purchase tickets and then cannot attend the event, can I get a refund?

Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds cannot be issued unless the event is cancelled or re-scheduled.

If I am successful in securing a volunteer position at the event, will I be entitled to free or discounted tickets?

Unfortunately not. Although you won’t be entitled to any special discounts if you are successful, you will have a key role in one of the Europe’s largest events as it takes place in Scotland.  A very unique opportunity indeed!

What happens if I have tickets for a session during which I am expected to volunteer?

We would ask you to prioritise your commitments as a volunteer which means it’s possible you could find yourself with tickets you are unable to use. As event organisers we would try our best to avoid this situation however there are no guarantees.

When will I receive my tickets?

If you have selected postal delivery your tickets will be dispatched 21 days before the event. If you have selected Box Office collection, you will be able to collect your tickets from 10 days before the event at the Glasgow City Halls or Glasgow Concert Hall box office.
